There is nothing new in the fact that the anti-Azerbaijani campaign is conducted from the office of US Secretary of State John Kerry, an Azerbaijani MP told Trend April 28.
Azerbaijani MP, political scientist Asim Mollazade was commenting on the results of the latest investigation which revealed that the anti-Azerbaijani campaign is managed from Kerry’s office.
“Namely John Kerry is one of the authors of the Section 907 against Azerbaijan and his activity as a senator from the State of Massachusetts was largely associated with the political activity of the rich Armenian diaspora,” said Mollazade.
The political scientist doesn’t rule out the possibility that on the eve of ending his tenure as US secretary of state, Kerry’s relations with Armenian diaspora have strengthened again.
“His anti-Azerbaijani activities are not explained from the viewpoint of development of Azerbaijani-US relations or almost allied relations between the two countries, but the interests of the rich, politically active Armenian diaspora,” said the MP.
The latest investigation revealed that the anti-Azerbaijani campaign is managed from the office of the US State Secretary John Kerry.
The National Endowment for Democracy organization has been ordered to hold this campaign. The organization that is financed from the US budget, has been trying to create “the fifth column” in Azerbaijan for many years. NED has sent millions of dollars to some NGOs and media structures in Azerbaijan from the sources in the West.
